Sundays @ KXC

We are gathering again (every other week), and we’re so excited to see you! The service time is now 9:15AM. It may look a little different during this next phase, but we’re doing everything necessary to make it possible for us to be together!

We are gathering in person every other week

During our current phase of re-gathering as a church family, we are alternating between online services and in-person gatherings. Our in-person gatherings will be at a private residence (one we’ve used before for baptisms and other events, pictured above). To accommodate our needs in this unique space, our service times have change to 9:15AM

Here’s what you can expect from us…

    new time and location.

Currently, our in-person gatherings will take place at 9:15AM outdoors on a private property (the Hatter residence). Parking is available across the street, and volunteers will be scattered throughout to welcome you and guide you. Hand sanitizers will be available for use. Please keep in mind that California’s COVID-19 Church Guidelines will apply. You will have to register for a Sunday service to get the address.

    Same Gospel message and Liturgy

The purpose of our Sunday Gatherings hasn’t changed. We gather to sing God’s praises and hear God speak through His word. You can expect a warm welcome, contemporary songs/hymns, and engaging teaching from the Christian Scriptures.

    HEre’s what we’re asking from you…

    Please register before each Sunday.

Since the residence is in Coto de Caza (a gated community), you will need to register ahead of time to make sure you can get through the gate.

Park across the street from the residence.

The street only has enough width for three vehicles. Thus, parking on both sides of the street will turn it into a one-way street. Let’s love the neighbors well and stay on one side only (across from the residence). A few spaces will be coned off for those with disabilities.

You will need to B.Y.O.C. (Bring your own chair).

We are meeting on an outdoor paved area with limited seating. For your own comfort, we recommend bringing your own lawn chair or floor mat to sit on.

This will be a shorter, family-style service, and kids ministry will not be provided.

Per California guidelines for houses of worship, we will not be providing kids ministry for our in-person gatherings.

C.D.C. Recommends: wear a mask & check your temperature

Per the CDC guidelines for reopening churches, wearing masks are highly recommended. Please stay at home if you have a fever or are feeling sick. The CDC also recommends checking your temperature before attending a Sunday service. We will have no-contact temperature checks available on-site for those that would like to check “at the door.”

Online/Livestream option will still be available

If you need to stay home for reasons related to health, you can still tune in via livestream.

What about the ‘Online only’ Sunday Gatherings?

Our ‘online only’ gatherings will continue to take place on our livestream page ( and on Facebook at 9:15am.

Some of our Home Groups may choose to gather in person during this time to watch the livestream together. If you are not in a home group, sign up for one at our groups page.
